A10 northbound turn left at 2nd set of traffic lights into Church Lane. At mini-roundabout take 3rd exit (Flamstead End Road), then straight over at the next mini-roundabout and almost immediately right into Park Lane. The entrance drive to the carpark is about 100 metres on the right just before the school. A10 southbound; turn right at the 1st set of traffic lights after you have passed the 'large Tescos' and follow the above instructions.

From the roundabout at junction 6 on the M1, take the slip road signed M1 south. Take the left turn halfway along this road (Mount Pleasant Lane), do not join the motorway. After a few twists & turns after about a mile you pass under a railway bridge. Turn immediately right into School Lane The lane winds through the wood and after half a mile or so you'll come to the meeting point at a parking bay on the left of the lane, with a large clearing on the right.
